Lunchtime Bites- Student Support Group

A Student Support Group called Lunchtime Bites, will be held on a Wednesdays 12.15 -12.45 pm in the Room at the back of the library (Street Building) everyone is welcome to come along

Coming to College can be a very exciting and rewarding time.  It can also be a time of change and stress, and there may be a whole range of difficulties and dilemmas affecting your life and studies.  The additional stress can have a negative effect on your mental health, college work, and home life.

  • Do you feel lonely
  • Do you feel stressed
  • Do you suffer from anxiety or depression?
  • Would you like to meet more students?

You are not alone. Come and join us for a friendly chat, meet new friends and welcoming staff.   Don’t forget to bring your lunch (optional)
