Conveniently located in the College street building, the College library provides a valuable source of information and an excellent place to study. It hosts a range of learning materials including books, journals, ebooks and much more, to support your course work. We also have computing facilities to support your research, prepare for assignments and practice or acquire IT skills. Currently, we have 36 PCs and 14 laptops, all with Microsoft office and internet access. In addition, there are also printing, photocopying and WIFI facilities.
Before you can borrow books from the library you need to complete a library registration form. We try to complete library registration during your induction. However, if you didn’t register then, forms are available from the library desk.
We work in partnership with West Lothian Public Libraries so will provide you with their public library card. You become a student member of the public libraries and can borrow 5 items from us and an additional 20 items from the public libraries. We share the same library catalogue, so you can check what books, ebooks etc we have from the catalogue link here. If you cannot find what you are looking for, speak to the college library staff, who are always available to help.
